After a distinguished career at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Toni led Bancroft through a turnaround which saved it from bankruptcy. She also spearheaded fundraising for the new $75 million Welsh Campus in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and put her decades of experience down on paper in an engaging book, Too Important to Fail: Leadership Lessons for Nonprofits.
