For the seventh episode of Withology, Brian sits down with Toni Pergolin, President and CEO of Bancroft, a leading nonprofit providing support to individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

After a distinguished career at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Toni led Bancroft through a turnaround which saved it from bankruptcy. She also spearheaded fundraising for the new $75 million Welsh Campus in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and put her decades of experience down on paper in an engaging book, Too Important to Fail: Leadership Lessons for Nonprofits. Toni’s leadership is a success story not just for her, but for the thousands of individuals Bancroft serves. Its programs and services include special education, job training and employment, neurological rehabilitation, community living programs and more.
