After starting her career as a pediatric and home care nurse, Madeline switched gears to enter the administration and management side of the renowned children’s hospital – her experiences along the way have led her to become a truly prolific leader who has prioritized diversity, equity and inclusion, women’s advancement and open lines of communication in the workplace since Day 1.
